1. Services Provided:
- The Company will provide detailing services as agreed upon with the Customer, which may include interior cleaning, exterior washing, waxing, polishing, and other related services.
- The specific services to be provided will be determined based on the package selected by the Customer.
2. Appointment Scheduling:
- Appointments for detailing services must be scheduled in advance through our website, phone, or in-person booking system.
- The Customer is responsible for providing accurate information regarding the vehicle make, model, and any specific detailing requirements.
3. Pricing and Payments
- The pricing for detailing services is based on the selected package and the condition and size of the vehicle.
- Payment for services is due at the time of booking or upon completion of the detailing service.
- The Company reserves the right to adjust pricing based on additional services requested by the Customer or unforeseen circumstances related to the vehicle's condition.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- The Customer must provide at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
- Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the loss of the £5 deposit.
5. Vehicle Condition
- The Customer acknowledges that the condition of the vehicle may impact the results of the detailing service.
- The Company will not be held liable for pre-existing damage, stains, or imperfections on the vehicle's surfaces.
6. Liability
- The Customer is responsible for removing any valuable items from the vehicle before the detailing service.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
- The Company strives to ensure customer satisfaction with its detailing services.
- If the Customer is not satisfied with the results of the detailing service, they must notify the Company within 24 hours of the service completion, and reasonable efforts will be made to address their concerns.
8. Customer Cooperation
- The Customer agrees to cooperate with the detailing technicians and follow any instructions provided regarding the care and maintenance of the vehicle post-detailing.
9. Termination of Service
- The Company reserves the right to refuse or terminate detailing services if the vehicle's condition poses a risk to the safety of our technicians or equipment and will not tolerate any type of abuse to towards employees.
By booking detailing services with Spa4Cars the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
